The Verdict
It helps with wound healing. "Reversing aging" is a different claim entirely.
The Evidence
GHK-Cu (copper peptide) has legitimate science behind its role in wound repair, collagen synthesis, and skin remodeling. Some in-vitro studies show it can reset gene expression patterns toward a younger profile. But "reverses aging" implies systemic rejuvenation — that's a galaxy-sized leap from petri dishes and topical skin studies. Solid ingredient for skincare. Fountain of youth? Not even close.
