The Verdict
Rat tendons are not your ACL. Zero human RCTs exist.
The Evidence
BPC-157 shows impressive results — in rodents with surgically damaged tendons. The peptide has never been through a single published human randomized controlled trial for musculoskeletal repair. The "2 weeks" claim extrapolates from rat studies where tissue heals faster by default. Promising molecule, but we're years away from knowing if it works in humans at any dose.
